Prepayment / Security Deposit
The amount equivalent to the first night and insurance (if subscription) will be charged upon booking.
For NOT REFUNDABLE OFFER and EARLY BOOKING : a prepayment of the total amount of the stay is made upon reservation.
Terms of cancellation
If canceled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged and refund will be made upon reservation within 8 days after cancellation.
In case of late cancellation, no-show or early departure, the property requires the total amount of the stay.
For NOT REFUNDABLE ONLY ROOM RATE : the reservation is firm and final. Total deduction of the amount of the stay at the reservation. No refunds or modifications will be made.
For EARLY BOOKING offers: only a change of dates can occur with the agreement of the establishment, if it comes 5 days minimum before the date of arrival.
Children and extra beds

• All children under 2 years stay free of charge.
• The possibility of an extra bed varies depending on the room chosen.
